The beets are cleaned with care, blanched at the right temperature, and dehydrated under controlled conditions to lock in their natural colour, sweetness, and nutrition. No sun drying. No artificial colour. The deep red you see is exactly what nature put in.

To make one kilogram of this podi, we begin with ten to twelve kilograms of fresh beetroot. That concentration is what gives the podi its depth — in colour, in taste, and in nutrition.

How To Enjoy
