Delivery timelines vary by location. Most metros receive within 3โ€“4 days. Remote areas may take up to 7 working days.

We currently ship across all states in India โ€” including metros, tier-2, tier-3 cities, and most rural pin codes through our ST Courier network of 2,000+ branches.

  • Pan-India delivery covering 1,900+ pin codes
  • Tamil Nadu orders typically arrive faster (1โ€“3 days)
  • North-East India and remote areas: allow up to 7โ€“10 working days
  • International shipping is not available at this time

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive your ST Courier consignment number via SMS and email within 24 hours of dispatch.

Delays & Exceptions

While we do everything to ensure timely delivery, certain situations may cause delays outside our control:

  • Public holidays and festival seasons (Diwali, Pongal, etc.) โ€” allow extra 2โ€“3 days
  • Extreme weather events or natural disasters
  • Courier network disruptions or strikes
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided at checkout

Damaged or Tampered Parcel?

  • Photograph the parcel and product immediately before unpacking

  • We will arrange a free replacement โ€” no questions asked
