Not juiced and high-heat dried, the way most commercial ABC powders are made — a method that rapidly evaporates moisture under sustained heat, stripping the delicate pigments of beetroot and the fragile natural compounds of all three vegetables in the process, often requiring artificial colour to be added back. We do not do that. We work with whole fruits and vegetables, blanched gently, dehydrated slowly — so what reaches your glass is the real thing, as close to its original character as a powder can be.

The Red Banana is not a casual addition. Sevvazhai — Tamil Nadu's beloved dense banana — brings a natural sweetness and body to this blend that ordinary banana cannot match. It deepens the base and gives this drink a warmth that sits beautifully alongside the floral notes above it.
