PODIKUTTY is a premium traditional nutrition brand operated by Avanticaa Enterprises, based in Tamil Nadu, India. We specialise in authentic South Indian food products — including traditional podis (spice powders), health mixes, and combo packs — made using time-honoured recipes, clean natural ingredients, and hygienic preparation methods.

All product descriptions, images, and ingredient information on our website are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product formulations without prior notice.

• Orders are subject to availability. In the rare event a product is out of stock after your order, we will notify you promptly and offer a refund or alternative.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or placed by resellers without prior authorisation.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual packaging may vary slightly due to seasonal or batch changes.
• All our products are freshly prepared in small batches to ensure quality. Shelf life and storage instructions are mentioned on each product label — please follow them carefully.

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

• Payment must be completed at the time of placing the order. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other available payment methods at checkout.
• All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.
• In case of a payment failure, please do not retry immediately. Check with your bank before re-attempting. If an amount is debited without order confirmation, it will be automatically refunded within 5–7 business days.
• Promotional prices, discount codes, and offers are valid only for the stated period and cannot be combined unless explicitly mentioned.

We ship across India using ST Courier and other trusted logistics partners. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, weather, and courier operations.

• Processing time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
• Delivery time: Usually 3–7 working days depending on your location within India.
• Tracking: A consignment number will be sent via SMS and email once your order is dispatched. You can track your order at our Track Your Order page.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

We take great pride in the quality of our products. Due to the perishable and food-safety nature of our products, we do not accept returns of opened or used products.

• Refunds or replacements are offered in cases of: damaged items on delivery, incorrect items shipped, or products that do not match their description.
• Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs sent to infopodikutty@avanticaaenterprises.com.
• Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
• We do not offer refunds for change of mind, taste preference, or delayed delivery due to incorrect address provided by the customer.

PODIKUTTY products are traditional food items intended for general consumption as part of a balanced diet. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

• Please read all ingredient labels carefully before consumption, especially if you have known food allergies or medical conditions.
• Our products may contain or be processed in facilities that handle nuts, sesame, gluten, or other allergens. Consult your doctor if you are unsure.
• Store products as directed on the label, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Consume before the best-before date printed on the packaging.
• PODIKUTTY is not responsible for any adverse reactions arising from improper storage, preparation, or consumption contrary to the label instructions.

You may browse and purchase from PODIKUTTY as a guest or by creating an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing orders or creating an account.
• You must not use our website for any unlawful purpose, to impersonate any person, or to engage in fraudulent activity.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive behaviour toward our team.

All content on the PODIKUTTY website — including the brand name, logo, product names, photographs, descriptions, recipes, and design elements — is the exclusive property of Avanticaa Enterprises and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PODIKUTTY and Avanticaa Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.

• Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific order.
